TC CAT-BACK EXHAUST
Born out of the Cat-back
exhaust for the previous Cobalt, this cat-back is
slightly modified, having material added to fit the 08 &
09 SS/TCs. Available in both 304 stainless and
aluminized, this high quality cat-back is made to
perfection topped off with stainless Magnaflow muffler,
resonator and tips.

DOWN PIPE PRICES & PICTURES
Our
workmanship is absolutely perfect. Mandrel bent 304 stainless steel
tubing with, triple layer, interlock style flex coupler for turbo
charged applications. Other companies advertise 3 layer flex
couplers but are using much cheaper non-interlock. Our hi-flow cat
converters are 100% stainless steel including the metallic substrate
and our flanges are also 100% 304 stainless steel for a perfect fit
to the factory turbo and exhaust system. We use nothing but the best
materials and our O2 sensor chamber is an industry proven design to
prevent engine codes.
Also available as an
off-road pipe without converter and to save even more money, we
can build our down-pipes with steel flanges and aluminized tubing.

Prototype tube
shown. Production part will have no welds at all
and we have 2 less clamps and one less silicone coupler
than our closest competitor. We chose to design this
charge pipe due to feedback from the Cobalt forum. Some
owners just prefer this style. Though our other charge
pipe made 6 HP more at the wheels. This is due to the
fact the "Performance" charge pipe is 10" shorter in
length, uses bends with less degree and the over-all
volume is 1.82 cubic feet less for the turbo
charger to fill. Though this charge pipe is very similar
to other companies charge pipe, ours truly IS a
continuous mandrel bent part with NO welds
anywhere and it's all one piece. Other companies
advertise they have "no welds" but close
examination of their charge piping will prove otherwise.
